Flowmeter Commissioning Service

In support of customers who have purchased one of our permanent installation flowmeters, we offer a comprehensive commissioning service to facilitate the installation process.

Our trained engineers will visit the customer’s site in order to assist with the operation of the flowmeter and sensors and any site acceptance testing that is required. Furthermore, by utilising a portable flowmeter as part of this process, it is possible to ensure the correct sensor location and meter performance.

We are able to supply service engineers who are fully trained in the use of the flowmeters, carry up to date safety passports and who are certified for offshore work.

This service includes:
• Programming of the transmitter
• Advising on best meter and transducer location
• Pipe preparation
• Installation of the transducers
• Configuring and testing the process outputs
• Participation in site acceptance testing
