Remote online support introduced

The ability to offer our customers support at every level of the flow metering process is important to us. For that reason, Katronic Technologies have now introduced a remote support service.

This new service uses the internet to enable our Katronic staff to assist you at your computer with tasks such as software installation, connection of flow and level meters to computers, or the download of measurement data.

Since the applied remote support software enables our Katronic staff to see what you see on your computer, the communication becomes clearer and more effective. The online support can be combined with verbal communication via traditional telephone lines or Skype voice chat.
