New Ultrasonic Flowmeters for 2009

Katronic have introduced three new clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeters to its KATflow flowmeter range for 2009

The new flowmeters from Katronic are all clamp-on instruments as with the previous flowmeters, however feature new innovations and developments in the technology.

The changes made to the non-invasive flowmeters not only set them apart from the previous models but also from other similar flowmeter technologies.

The three new flowmeters in the KATflow range include two new portable flowmeters, the KATflow 200 and KATflow 230 and a flowmeter for permanent installation, the KATflow 150.

The KATflow 200 is a simple handheld ultrasonic flowmeter for straightforward measurement applications. It has all the measurement performance of more expensive equivalents only with increased simplicity of design and operation.

The KATflow 230 portable flowmeter has a more advanced specification and is intended for more demanding measurements. The specification of the KF230 allows it to be used for applications such as heat flow measurement and the monitoring of two pipes simultaneously.

The permanently installed flowmeter, KATflow 150, has a wide variety of input and output options and is intended to be able to cover the majority of applications within one single flowmeter. This will help to keep flowmeter selection simple for the customer and allow for uniformity of supply.
